The numerous new companies entering the market, including the supplier industry, the good growth of EMPAA members since its foundation in 2022 and the sharp increase in enquiries for market data and production processes shows, that we are in the beginning of a new development circle in the growing market of the packaging industry. Current industry data assumes growth (2018 – 2023) in production of around 20 percent to approx. 12 Mt.
