EMPPA Workshop

Date: 30.04.24 at 14:00
Only for members

Exciting months lay behind us: the Proposal Packaging and Packaging Waste (PPWR) has cleared the trialogue and European Council hurdles. The vote in the European Parliament will take place at the end of the month and the final approval in the autumn. We believe that the PPWR will then be adopted and come into force by 2026.

In addition, the European Parliament elections are due to take place in June. It seems foreseeable that the majority situation could change significantly. Irrespective of this, we want to take a closer look at French environmental policy and the de facto ban of EPS. We hereby take up the many suggestions made by you at the 2nd Association Meeting in Paris.

The bottom line is, that there is a lot to do, and the time is short. Al this we want to discuss with you. Join us on Tuesday, 30.04. at 14:00.
